Launch of the Civil Engineering Association and Hands-On Training on STAAD.Pro & RCDC

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Civil Engineering Association at the Department of Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, IIT Dharwad, on October 4th, 2024. This initiative aims to enhance the technical knowledge and practical skills of civil engineering students and professionals.

Inaugurated by Prof. VenkappayyA R. dEsAi, Director of IIT Dharwad, with Prof. Satish Annigeri as the chief guest and Mr. Bhargav Srinivasa Reddy, Sr. Solution Consultant at ARKANCE Pvt. Ltd., as the guest, Convener of the event was Prof. Giridhar Rajesh Bande and the Launch of the Civil Engineering Association (CEA) and Hands-On Training coordinated by Dr. Ramesh Nayaka. The three-day Hands-On Training on STAAD.Pro and RCDC from October 4th to 6th, 2024 was attended by 87 students and 3 faculty members.

This training provided valuable insights into structural analysis and design, equipping participants with essential skills for effective structure analysis.
